SAMBAS, SP – Gemawan Association transfered the renovation of classrooms and a toilet at SDN 15 Seburing, Semparuk District.
The handover was done by the Deputy Member of Sambas DPRD, Suriadi and the Head of Primary Education of Education and Culture Department of Sambas Regency, Mufizar at SDN 15 Seburing, Tuesday (9/3). The event was attended by the Kapolsek of Semparuk, Head of Seburing Village and school supervisors.
Pro-inqlued Program Manager of Gemawan Association, Nuryani, said that in an effort to renovate the school, Gemawan Association cooperated with Yapika and supported by European Union to focus on assisting 10 schools in Sambas Regency, including SDN 15 Seburing.
“We are trying to fix damaged schools. SDN 15 Seburing have been damaged. Our friends in Jakarta and we raised fun on Kitabisa.com and got attention so that we can build two classes.” he said.
Nuryani conveyed that her party always tries to assist from two sides, especially advocacy for the regional government and DPRD, then provide assistance at the school level.
“So that in this construction, all are actively involved, both the government and the school community.” she concluded.
The Head of the Primary School of Education and Culture Department of Sambas regency, Mufizar, said that the Education Department is cooperating with Gemawan to collaborate, especially for the construction of two classrooms and a toilet at SDN 15 Seburing Village.
“The construction of two locales and one toilet has been completed. God willing, in the middle of the year five study rooms at SDN 15 Seburing will be totally rehabilitated using DAK (Special Allocation Fund). “In 2022, the construction of five locales is expected to be completed,” he said.
Must be priority
Vice Speaker of Sambas Regency DPRD, Suriadi mentioned that his party requested that the construction of SDN 15 Seburing to get a development priority scale.
“Alhamdulillah, as conveyed by the Head of Primary School Division of Education and Culture Department of Sambas Regency, Mufizar, SDN 15 Seburing will get the construction of five classrooms in 2021, so our efforts during the discussion can be accommodated.” he said.
This Nasdem legislator also thanked Gemawan association for giving contribution to the construction of two locales and one toilet for SDN 15 Seburing.
“We also hope that the Gemawan association can see the school condition in Sambas Regency which are not covered by funding. This is because our budget is also limited.” he said.
Furthermore, for the road infrastructure to SDN 15 Seburing, said Suriadi, the development has also been carried out every year.
“For the road infrastructure to SDN 15 Seburing, it has also been carried out every year, and God willing, in 2023 the construction of the fence of SDN 15 Seburing will be accommodated,” he concluded. (noi)
